Welcome to ChatInbox

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatInbox application ("ChatInbox", "we", "us", "our"), an email client available on Mac and iOS platforms.

By installing or using ChatInbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

License

The company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to download and install ChatInbox on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules. You may only use ChatInbox for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of ChatInbox
  • Distribute or transfer rights to third parties
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose

Ownership

ChatInbox and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Innovatism LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Access

We do not guarantee continuous availability. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of ChatInbox without notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for your access arrangements and for ensuring that anyone who uses your connection complies with these Terms.

Apple's Terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms and holds no responsibility for maintenance, support, or liability regarding ChatInbox.

Subscriptions & Payments

ChatInbox offers free and premium tiers. Premium is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Billing — all payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal — monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Free trial — if offered, the free trial period converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
  • Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Lifetime purchase — a one-time payment granting access to all current and future premium features for the lifetime of the product.
  • Price changes — we may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to ChatInbox immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the application from your devices. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatInbox is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovatism LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of ChatInbox. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the application shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovatism LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of ChatInbox, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are binding upon publication. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ChatInbox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
