Welcome to ChatInbox

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatInbox application ("ChatInbox", "we", "us", "our"), an email client available on Mac and iOS platforms. By installing or using ChatInbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ChatInbox.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to:

• Download and install ChatInbox on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html).
• Use ChatInbox for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of ChatInbox, except as expressly permitted by this license.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or transfer any rights to use ChatInbox to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble ChatInbox, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use ChatInbox for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Ownership

ChatInbox and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Innovatism LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Access

We do not guarantee that ChatInchox, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access to ChatInbox is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of ChatInbox without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason ChatInbox is unavailable at any time or for any mensofi period.

Your Account

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to ChatInbox and ensuring that all persons who access ChatInbox through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.

Apple's Terms

By using ChatInbox on iOS or Mac, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for ChatInbox or its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to ChatInbox.
• In the event of any failure of ChatInbox to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for ChatInbox to you (if applicable).
• Apple shall not be responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to ChatInbox or your use of ChatInbox.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
